Guidelines for 2018 Spring Semester Dormitory Application / (revised)
Global Center is now 2018 Spring semester dormitory applications for Sewha Hall and the I-HOUSE. Interested students should apply during the designated period
We are sorry but the dormitory application date of the spring semester has changed to Nov.15th~29th due to the program error.
Before you apply for the dormitory application, please visit 바로처리실 (ONE STOP SERVICE CENTER (1st floor, Chungwoonkwan))
with your ID card and bank account to your information be updated.
1. Eligibility: Undergraduate international students who enroll in 2018 Spring Semester at Kyung Hee University, Seoul campus
International exchange student must apply through Office of International Affairs (본관#304)

* Only one-time payment is required
2. Schedule
2018 Spring Semester / Period of Residency : 2018. 02. 21 – 06. 24
2018 Spring Semester / Period of Move in : 2018. 02. 21 – 02. 22
2018 Spring Semester / Period of Move out : 2018. 06. 25 – 06. 26
3. Application period: 2017.11.15. –2017.11.29 (Application is not valid after the period)
4. How to apply
- International Students must register their Korean bank account before applying 2018 spring semester dormitory residents on Information System.
Students can not register their account by themselves, they have to go ONE STOP SERVICE CENTER (1st floor, Chungwoonkwan)
with their Alien Registration Card or Students Id and Korea Bank Account Book.
- (If you can understand Korean) Log on to the Kyung Hee University Information System and click the category ‘인터넷신청‘-‘연수신청’
And, search the title ‘2018학년도 1학기 외국인 기숙사 입사생 선발’
- Click ‘신청하기’ and fill in the application and then save.
- If you do not understand Korean or need any help, please come to global center and visit the person in charge of the dormitory.
5. Important Notes
- The full payment MUST be made with one transaction.
- Applications MUST be submitted within the deadline.
- Please check again personal information (cellphone number, email address in the google …)
- Selected students will receive further guidance via email.
-When Student checks out dormitory student should clean the room, must return the key to the assistant of dormitoty
The cancelation of 2018 Spring semester dormitory is until 2018.01.31 (Wed)
Student CANNOT cancel the dormitory after the deadline of cancellation.
