Application for a refund of KHU medical insurance fee
Students enrolled in a comparable medical insurance plan may apply for a refund of KHU medical insurance fee.
[How to apply] Please submit required application materials via e-mail(globalcenter@khu.ac.kr) or in person(the office of Global Center(Cheongwoon Bldg. #B113) by 5pm, March 17th.
[Requirements] 1. A copy of a certificate of a comparable medical insurance
2. The tuition payment receipt (including school medical insurance fee)
3. A copy of your bank book
※ The information below should be given by email or be stated on the document you submit
- The insurance coverage period of your medical insurance (should be valid from 2015.03.01. to 2015.08.31.)
- Student number/Major/Name(English)/Phone number/E-mail address
※ International Students MUST participate in KHU medical insurance or in a health plan of comparable coverage of their choice.
Students MUST have insurance to participate in Kyung Hee’ programs and apply for scholarships.
※ The school medical insurance fee will be refunded to your bank account in April.
