서울시 외국인주민 커뮤니티 문화행사 활성화를 위한 지원계획을 아래와 같이 알려드립니다.
2018 서울시 외국인주민 커뮤니티 문화행사 지원 계획
1. 신청자격 : 2018 에 서울에서 개최되는 외국인주민 문화행사
? 외국인주민 커뮤니티가 주최하는 서울지역의 문화행사
- 외국인 유학생, 결혼이주 여성, 외국인 근로자 등 모든 외국인주민
? 민간단체가 주최하는 서울지역의 외국인주민 문화행사
2. 보조금
? 소요비용의 일부 지원(총비용의 80% 이내)
? 최대 보조금은 6백만원을 초과할 수 없음
3. 신청
? 신청기간 : '18.2.5(월) ~ 2.14(수) 18:00
? 제출서류 : 신청서, 신청단체 소개서, 구체적 행사내용

4. 기타 (제출된 서류는 반환하지 않음)
? 국가별 1개 행사 선정을 원칙으로 하되, 문화교류 목적 아닌 순수 내부행사, 동호회 행사, 모금행사 등은 지원을 배제 함
? 심사 선정된 행사는 개별 통지하며, 별도의 협약을 체결하여야 함
? 상황에 따라 국가별 행사의 수가 1개를 초과하여 선발될 수 있고(수교 기념 행사 등), 또한
경우에 따라 문화행사의 개최시기와 장소를 우리 시와 협의하여 개최토록 조정 함
(개최시기는 11월까지 모두 완료하여야 함)
? 지원금 교부는 행사 완료 후 제출된 정산보고서 검토, 이상이 없을 시 30일 이내에 지급 함
? 「공직선거법」에 의거 선거일전 60일(‘18.4.14)부터 선거일(’18.6.13)까지 행사를 금지함

The Seoul Metropolitan Government (SMG) hereby announces its support plans for the promotion of cultural events held by foreign residents community in Seoul.

1. Eligibility : Foreign cultural events to be held in Seoul during 2018
? Cultural events held in Seoul hosted by a foreign residents community group
- All foreign residents including foreign students, international marriage immigrants, foreign laborers, etc.
? Foreign cultural events held in Seoul hosted by a private organization
2. Subsidy Amount
? Partial support for event expenses (less than or equal to 80% of total expenses)
? Maximum subsidy amount is limited to 6 million Korean won
3. Application
? Period : 2018.2.5(Mon) ~ 2.14(Wed), 18:00
? Documents to Submit : Application Form, Introduction to the Organization, Detailed

4. Other (All submitted documents will not be returned)
? Following the criteria for selection, one event per country will be chosen, and non-cultural exchange events such as private internal events, club events, and fundraising events will be excluded from consideration for support.
? Events that have been selected will receive a notification, and special arrangements regarding each event will be made respectively.
? More than one event per country may be selected in certain circumstances. (e.g. for events celebrating two countries' diplomatic ties) Also, arrangements regarding the date, time, and venue of all events will be discussed and decided in agreement with the Seoul Metropolitan Government. (All the events must be held before November.)
? If no problems are identified from the financial statement submitted following the completion of the event, the grant will be provided within 30 days after the event.
? Events are not allowed to be held from 60 days prior to the election date (‘18.4.14) to the election date (‘18.6.13) under the Public Official Election Act「공직선거법」.
