Name: Woongtoring School
Period: April – August (5 months course)
I. Common Competencies
Contents: Korean and English ‘level up’ course Procedure: online class, offline group study
Period: April – August (* Not applicable to fluent Korean and English speakers)
II. Job-Based Competencies
Contents and Procedure: Training per job classification (online/offline), Project-based learning (First-hand corporate working experience and mentoring program) , Internship program (Company trip and mentoring)
Period: April – May, June-July, August (*respectively)
Application Period: 2018. 02. 26 ~ 2018. 03. 16 (before 12 midnight)

Candidates: Korean and International students in university and graduate schools in Korea Number of Applicants: people
Selection Standards:
Able to communicate in Korean (TOPIK level 4 or higher or equivalent)
Able to communicate in Korean
Academic performance and growth potential (sincerity, attitude, passion)
Someone with experience in their chosen field inside or outside school
Benefits:
Opportunity to become a global leader through education and project participation.
Subsidiary support of 500,000 won per month during the program period for personal and competency development (support will be suspended if proven with lack of participation or dedication in the programs)
Internship and chance to work in the company
Those who finish the program will be considered as leaders for the second half of the program and will be given continuous support
Tutoring or major(chosen field) related part-time jobs during the semester

SecondStage: Task / Language Skills Test
Classification: Personality and language ability test (English and Korean) Contents: Language and communication ability
ThirdStage: Interview Classification: Group interview
Contents: To check growth potential
Requirements: Copy of ID card, Admission certificate from school
