Dormitory Residency Application Guideline for
2016-2 Freshman / Transfer Student
Global Center is currently accepting application for dormitory residency from 2016-2 Freshman / Transfer Student. Please read the guideline carefully.
1. Application
- Eligibility: Those who have been admitted from 2016-2 KHU international admission of Seoul Campus
* Application from graduate student cannot be accepted
- Period of Application: July 4th – July 22nd, 2016
- How to Apply
1) Access URL address, and fill in the form http://naver.me/Fs5nwsJr
2) After submitting the form, and then send the email attached required documents.
3) Wait the reply from the administrative officer, Bibiane Ki.
- Required Documents: Tuition Payment Receipt, Flight schedule, Photo
- Where to submit
① Visiting Global Center : Cheongwoonkwan B113, Kyung Hee University Seoul Campus
② E-mail the scan of documents to bibiane1115@khu.ac.kr
* E-mail Title Example: “2016-2 Dormitory Residency Application (Name)”
- Result will be notified on our webpage http://globalcenter.khu.ac.kr at 2016. 07. 29, 15:00
2. Entry
- Period of Move-in : Aug 25th - 26th, 2016
- Period of Residentce : Aug 25th - Dec 23rd, 2016
- Period of Move-out : Dec 26th - 27th, 2016
3. Others
- Please note that once the student has given the dormitory residency, it cannot be canceled. (Before July 29th)
- If the student wants to cancel the application, please make sure to contact us before the result notification.
- After the notification, all residents should pay the deposit before the entry.
After moving in to the dormitory, resident should pay the remaining fee within 2 weeks.
* In case that the students are staying overseas, they can pay the deposit and the fee all together after the entering the dormitory.
