2016 [LG ELECTRONICS] 한국유학 외국인 신입/경력사원 채용
LG전자는 한국에서 유학중인 외국인 유학생을 대상으로 3개월간의 한국 근무를 통해,
LG전자의 경영 철학/방식, 업무지식을 습득 후 모국법인으로 배치하여
장기적으로 핵심인재로 육성하는 프로그램을 진행하고 있습니다.
LG Electronics has a program to select excellent foreign talents and help them learn LGE’s management philosophy/style and expertise by working in Korea for 3months. Eventually, they will transfer to subsidiaries in their mother countries and be nurtured as Core Talents who will lead the subsidiaries in the long term.
