Dormitory Residency Application Guideline for
2015-2 freshman / Transfer Student
Global Center is currently accepting application for dormitory residency from 2015-2 freshman / Transfer Student. Please read the guideline carefully.
1. Application
- Eligibility: Those who have been admitted from 2015-2 KHU international admission of Seoul Campus
* Application from graduate student cannot be accepted
- Period of Application: 2015. 7. 17 ~ 31
- Required Documents: Application Form (Attached), Tuition Payment Receipt
- Where to submit
① Visiting Global Center: Cheong Woon Kwan B113, Kyung Hee University Seoul Campus
② E-mail the scan of documents to globalcenter@khu.ac.kr
* E-mail Title Example: “2015-2 Dormitory Residency Application (Name)”
- Result will be notified on our webpage http://globalcenter.khu.ac.kr at 2015. 08. 10, 15:00
2. Entry
- Move-in Period: 2015. 8. 27 ~ 28
- Application will grant the residency from August 27 to December.
3. Others
- Please note that once the student has given the dormitory residency, it cannot be canceled.
- If the student wants to cancel the application, please make sure to contact us before the result notification.
- After the notification, all resident should pay the deposit money before the entry. After moving in to the dormitory, resident should pay the remaining fee within 2 weeks.
* In case that the students are staying overseas, they can pay the deposit and the fee all together after the entering the dormitory.
