2015 Fall Term International Dormitory Admission Procedures
Application guideline of dormitory for 2nd semester, 2015

* Kindly read the below information carefully before applying.
* We’re not taking any responsibility for any mistakes in the application form.
* Please make sure you have filled out the form completely and submit all documents that are required, otherwise your application may not be accepted.

KyungHee University Global Center is now opening for the application of dormitory Sewha Hall and I-HOUSE to foreigner students. If you’re interested in, kindly apply before designated deadline.
1. Eligibility: Undergraduate foreigner students who is attending in Kyung Hee University, Seoul campus in 2015 (Excluding graduate students, freshman and transfer student of 2015-2 semester)
* Information of Freshman and transfer student of 2015-2 semester(excluding graduate student) will be release on 17 July (Friday) at Global center homepage Notice (http://globalcenter.khu.ac.kr),and applyt hrough the website.
2. Period of residency: 2015.08.28/29 ~ 2015.12 (Undefined) (about 4 months)
3. Move in date: 2015.08.28.~2015.08.29.( Two days)
* Residents will be assigned a move in date and time individually if there’s any change
4. Applying period : 2015.06.05 ~ 2015.07.05.
(Applications are invalid after designated deadline)
5. Result announcement: 2015.8.10 15:00 at Notice of globalcenter homepage(http://globalcenter.khu.ac.kr)
6. Accommodation Fee : Please refer to attached files, full amount pay in one time
7. Required documents :
- Application form (refer attached file), Copy of certificate of enrollment, Tuberculosis check-up report
- For who have submitted Tuberculosis check-up report in 1st semester 2015 are not required to submit again.
8. Submit: E-maill (chomookeun@khu.ac.kr)or visit Globalcenter office. Applications via post is not acceptable.
- Notification of E-mail application
* Kindly take a photo of Copy of certificate of enrollment ,Tuberculosis check-up report and attach along with email
* Filled out the application form completely
* Must attach photo on application form
* Title of sending e-mail :
‘2015-1Application of dormitory (Your Name)’
Example) 2015-1 Application of dormitory (ALEX CHO)
- Must bring along photo and application form when visit Global center office (Kyung Hee University Chungwoo building B113) .
