(Course Wish list, Waitlist)
■ Course pre-registration
- KHU students can pre-register for 2015 fall semester courses during the designated periods:
- First period begins 10:00am Monday, June 15th and ends at midnight, Thursday, June 25th
(10:00am 2015. 6. 15 ~ 24:00pm 2015. 6. 25)
- Second period begins 10:00am Wednesday, July 22th and ends at midnight, Friday, July 25th
(10:00am 2015. 7. 22 ~ 24:00pm 2015. 7. 24)
■ Two types of course pre-registration
- There are two types of course pre-registration. Students are able to pre-register for the “First Choice Courses” or for the “Second Choice Courses”
- Students will select and pre-register for their First Choice Courses before pre-registering for their Second Choice Courses.
- Students can register for a maximum of 18 credits when they select their First Choice Courses. (the number of credits available for pre-registration can vary according to the individual student’s previous course loads)
- Students can register for a maximum of 10 courses (no credit hour limitation) during the Second Choice Course pre-registration period.
- Both pre-registration processes will create a short-list of courses which will be shown as a pop-up when the student logs in to the KHU system during the official course registration period.
- Pre-registration results for First Choice Courses will affect the number of open courses and seats made available by the administration for 2015 fall semester, while the Second Choice Courses will be solely for convenience to the students, and will not be used to adjust the number of courses or seats available.
■ How to log in to the system
- Access KHU course registration system (http://sugang.khu.ac.kr) and log on to the system using your student ID number and system password.
- Make sure that the category for your log in is set as “register for course WishList”
■ Others
- Pre-registration is not the same as official course registration. Students must register for their preferred courses during the official course registration period in August.
- Pre-requisites, grades, department affiliation, and other conditions for course enrollment will not be considered by the system during the pre-registration period, and students can pre-register for any course. Students are encouraged to check carefully that they qualify for their intended courses.
- When the course syllabus for a given class is available, the “view” button for that class will become active. Prior to the professor uploading the syllabus, the view button will remain inactive.
- Course evaluation records for the past three years can be viewed through the KHU system. If the “view” button for the evaluation course is not active, it means that the course is new and no evaluations are available.
- The instructor, hour, and location of all classes are subject to change
