□ 서울시 유학생 자원봉사단 개요
❍ 선발인원 : 외국인 유학생 32명
❍ 신청자격
- 서울 소재 대학·대학원에 재학 중인 외국인 유학생
- 국내 체류기간이 2015년 12월 31일까지 유효한 자
❍ 활동기간 : 2015. 8. 1(토) ~ 2015.12. 31(목)
❍ 주요활동
- 임자도, 백령도 초등학생 대상 온라인 외국어학습, 문화이해수업
- 광화문 희망나눔장터 통역, 청소 등 행사지원 1회 이상
- 제3기 서울시 유학생 봉사단이 함께 협의하여 결정한 기획봉사활동 1회 이상
❍ 자원봉사단 지원사항
-「kt(Korea Telecom) 장학금」1인당 250만원 지급
-조건 : 백령도, 임자도 아동대상 온라인 외국어학습, 문화이해수업
▷ 1회당 1시간~1시간30분씩, 주2회, 5개월간(8월~12월)
❍ 주요일정 : 오리엔테이션 및 멘토링 결연식(7.24~25), 종료식(12.18)

□ 지원방법 및 선발안내
❍ 1차 서류심사
- 신청(접수)기간 : 2015. 6. 22.(월) ~ 2015. 6. 30.(화)
※기간내 도착 서류에 한하여 접수
- 제출서류 : 신청서_1(필수), 신청서_2(필수), 재학증명서(필수), 한국어능력시험(TOPIK) 점수(선택) 각 1부
- 제출방법 : 신청서-hwp, doc / 증명서-jpg, pdf 형식으로 이메일 제출
- 제출주소 : global_intern@seoul.go.kr
- 선발기준 : 자원봉사 활동의지, TOPIK 점수, 국적안배 등 종합 판단
- 선발인원 : 48명
- 결과발표 : 2015. 7. 7(화), 이메일 및 휴대폰 문자로 개별통보
❍ 2차 면접심사
- 면접일시 : 2015. 7. 14(화) 15:00~17:00
- 심사방법 : 조별면접
❍ 최종 합격자 통보 : 2015. 7. 20(월)

□ Seoul Foreign Student Volunteers Overview
❍ Number of recruits: 32 people
❍ Eligibility
- Foreign student enrolled in a university in the Seoul area.
·graduate students are also eligible to apply
※ A student scheduled to graduate in August 2015 is not eligible to apply.
- Visa must be valid until December 31st 2015
❍ Period: 2015.8.1(Sat.) ~ 2015.12.31(Thu.)
❍ Main Activities
- Teach foreign languages, cultures, etc. to island area children.(online)
- Participate in volunteer work event with other volunteers 1~2 times within a given period.
- Assist Gwanghwamun Plaza Flea Market by interpreting, cleaning, etc. more than once within a given period
❍ Special benefits
- KT(Korea Telecom) scholarship (2.5 million won per individual)
‧Conditions: Teach foreign languages, cultures, etc. to island area children through the internet twice a week for 5 months.
- Seoul City Tour once within a given period
❍ Major events: Orientation & Mentor-Mentee Assignment Ceremony(7.24~25),
Closing Ceremony(12.18) ※ The above schedules are subject to change.

❍ Document Screening
- Application period: 2015.6.22.(Mon.) ~ 2015.6.30(Tue.)
- Required Documents
·Application_1(required), Application_2(required), Certificate of Enrollment(required), TOPIK score(optional)
- Submission: email submission of electronic files (applications - hwp, doc / certificates - jpg, pdf)
- Submission to : global_intern@seoul.go.kr
- Screening criteria: positive attitude toward volunteering, TOPIK score, etc.
- Result announcement: 2015. 7. 7(Tue.) by email and mobile message
❍ Interview
- Date & Time: 15:00~17:00, 7.14(Tue), 2015
❍ Final result announcement: 2015. 7. 20(Mon.) (by email and mobile message)
