2015 “Dano Fan” Event
2015 “Dano Fan” Event
2015 “Dano Fan(단오부채)” event, introducing the way of making handicraft Dano Fans and other related knowledge of Dano Festival, will be held by 29 college museums across Korea.
Dano Fan hand-making event is aimed at improving students’ knowledge about the Korean traditional festival and their interest in Korean history as well.
The patterns to decorate the fans are images of the artifacts reserved in the Central Museum of Kyung Hee University, which includes five: flower and butterfly, peony, lotus and carp, chrysanthemum, bamboo.
Foreign students are warmly welcomed to join this event.
