글로벌버디 한국문화체험 참가안내(Global Center Field Trip)
안녕하세요
경희대학교 글로벌센터입니다.
Field Trip 참가를 위한 간단한 안내사항을 정리해 드리오니, 아래의 내용을 꼼꼼히 읽고 준비해주시기 바랍니다.
1. 여행 정보
- 경기도 여주의 세종대왕릉과 여주 도자기축제 그리고 양평 두물머리를 방문 예정
* 자세한 여행 일정표는 첨부된 PDF 파일 참조
* 약 80명 참가 예정 (한국인, 외국인 학생 및 스태프)
2. 모이는 장소
- 경희대학교 중앙도서관 앞 광장으로 아침 8:20분까지 도착
* 도착 즉시, 출석체크 및 차량번호 확인할 것
3. 준비물
- 아침 요기거리와 이동 시에 마실 음료 및 간식거리
- 편안한 복장과 신발
4. 기타 공지사항
- 점심식사는 글로벌센터에서 준비할 예정입니다. (아침/저녁식사는 제공 안됨)
- 모든 참가자들은 경희대학교 지정 보험사를 통해 여행자 보험에 가입될 예정입니다.
- 부득이한 사정으로 Field Trip 참가가 어려운 학생들은 최소 3일 전까지는 글로벌센터로 사전에 연락을 해 주시기 바랍니다.
- Field Trip에 무단으로 불참할 경우, 향후 글로벌센터에서 제공하는 모든 학생지원 프로그램에의 지원이 제한됨을 알려드립니다.

Thank you for participating the field trip. Here is a simple guideline for you
Please read this guideline carefully and prepare yourself for an upcoming exiting experience
1. What we’re going to do at the field trip
- We will travel down to Yeoju to see the tomb of King Sejong first
- Then, we’ll visit Yeoju pottery festival before we go to Dumulmeoli in Yangpyeong to see the origin of Han river
2. Meeting Place
- In front of central library building in Kyung Hee University Seoul Campus
- Please make sure to arrive no later than 8:20am on May 5th
3. What you need to prepare for the trip
- Carrying snacks and beverage during the trip is recommended
* We provide only lunch for the students
- Wear comfortable outfits and shoes
4. Others
- Lunch will be provided by Kyung Hee Global Center (Lunch only, no snacks & beverages)
- All participants will be insured during the whole trip by insurance service company designated by Kyung Hee University
- In case you might be absent from the field trip, please contact Global Center in advance
