Dormitory Application for International Students
Dormitory Application for International Students of Kyung-Hee University
Center for International Students & Scholars is now accepting additional housing applications for fall 2014. Please go over the below instructions carefully and be sure to meet the deadline.
1. Application Period
- Current student : June 13(Fri) ~ July 25(Fri)
- Freshmen : July 16(Wed) ~ July 25(Fri)
* if you have failed to meet the deadline, please contact our office as soon as possible. Disadvantage might be applied to those who exceed the deadline.
2. Housing Assignment Result Notice
- Housing assignment result will be posted on our homepage and be sent to students’ personal e-mail address by Friday, August 1st.
3. Application Process
- 1) Fill out the online application form on CISS webpage.
- 2) Submit the required document and deposit the application fee to
our bank account.
* You can either submit the required document to our office in person or submit a PDF file of the document by e-mail
‣ Required document : enrollment certificate
* Application Fee
‣ Sewha Hall: KRW 10,000 (House Council dues, non-refundable)
‣ I-House: KRW 50,000 (facility deposit, refundable, could be deducted if there’s any damage to the dorm facilities)
‣ We are not receiving transfer from overseas
* In the case of freshmen, submit the 'tuition deposit receipt' instead of 'enrollment certificate' and since we are not receiving transfer from overseas, freshmen applicants could pay application fee with dormitory fee altogether.
- Please take note that application fee is non-refundable for the case of cancellation.
4. Housing Period
- Housing Period for fall 2014 is from August 28th to December 23rd (check-out date is subject to change)
5. Move-In Dates
- You can move in either on the 28th or the 29th of August (9:00am ~ 5:30pm)
- Please be sure to specify the day you wish to move in on the online application form
