[Dormitroy] 기숙사 동계방학 거주여부 조사, Survey on Dormitory Residency during the winter
외국인지원센터에서는 현재 기숙사 입사생들을 대상으로 2014-동계방학의 기숙사에 거주여부를 조사하고 있습니다.
동계방학 기간 동안 기숙사에 거주하고자 하는 학생께서는 아래의 공지문을 꼼꼼히 읽어보신 후 응답양식을 꼼꼼히 기재해 주시기 바랍니다.
1. 동계방학 거주기간
- 2014년 12월 24일(수) ~ 2015년 2월 24일(화)
* 동계방학은 한 달 단위로 거주하실 수 있습니다. (응답 시 선택)
* 정확한 퇴사일자는 변경될 수 있습니다.
2. 응답기간
- 2014년 10월 13일(월) ~ 2014년 11월 30일(월)
3. 응답방법
- 아래의 양식을 꼼꼼하게 작성한다.
4. 결과발표
- 2014년 12월 5일(금) (개별통지)
5. 유의사항 (중요! 반드시 꼼꼼히 읽어주세요)
- 기숙사의 이동은 불가능합니다.
- 응답결과를 수정하고 싶으신 경우, 신청양식을 다시 한 번 작성해주시면 됩니다.
(가장 최근에 응답한 내용으로 기록됩니다.)
- 동계방학 중 기숙사에 거주하지 않을 학생 또한 응답양식을 반드시 작성해주시기 바랍니다.
- 11월 30일 이후에는 추가 응답 및 응답내용의 변경이 불가하오니, 학생 여러분께서는 동계방학 거주계획을 신중히 생각해본 후 응답해주시기 바랍니다.
- 동계방학 기숙사비 납부는 신청한 거주기간만큼의 기숙사비를 일시불로 지불하셔야 하며(일부 장학생 제외), 학기 종료 전인 12월 19일(금)까지 기숙사비 계좌로 납부하셔야 합니다.
☞ 자세한 기숙사비 안내는 첨부문서를 참고해주시기 바랍니다.
- 기존 기숙사 입사생 중 11월 30일까지 응답을 하지 않은 학생은 동계방학 중 기숙사 거주의사가 없는 것으로 간주되며, 2014-2학기 퇴사기간인 12월 22~23일 내에 반드시 기숙사를 퇴사하셔야 합니다.

Dormitory Office, Center for International Students & Scholars, is conducting a survey on Dormitory Residency during Winter Vacation.
Students who want to stay in the dorm during winter vacation must read this notice carefully and fill out online survey from.
1. Residency Period during the winter
- 2014. 12. 24(Wed) ~ 2015. 2. 24(Thu)
* Staying one month instead of two is possible (only during the winter)
* Exact move-out date can be changed
2. Deadline for Survey
- Survey form will be opened from 2014. 10. 13(Mon) to 2014. 11. 30(Mon)
3. How to respond
- Click the link below and fill out the form
4. Result Announcement
- Once we have a final answer, we will send a confirmation letter to each of you by 2014. 12. 5(Fri)
5. Notes (Important!! Read it carefully)
- Changing the dormitory is not possible.
- If you want to modify your answer, just fill out the form once again. It will replace your previous answer.
- Please fill out the form even if you’re not going to stay in the dorm during the winter
- Since you cannot modify your answer after the midnight of 2014. 11. 30(Mon), please make sufficient amount of thought before.
- Payment of Dormitory fee for winter vacation should be completed before 2014. 12. 19(Fri) and it must be paid in a lump sum(not if you’re a student with a monthly scholarship).

- If your name is not on the answer sheet after the deadline, you’ll be considered to leave the dorm by 2014. 12. 23(Tue)
