International Students Medical Insurance Claim
Medical insurance company for KHU international students offers its member a deferred payment option. (refund)
In principle, you can receive the refund by submitting 'Insurance Claim' after you pay all medical expenses.
※ You can receive your Insurance Card at the Global Center office and use it as a certificate of insurance.
※ In case that you cannot pay all medical expenses on your own, please contact the insurance company and ask them for payment guarantees.
In order to apply for Insurance Claim, Please submit the required documents listed below.
1. A copy of Alien Registration Card
2. A copy of your bank book
3. An insurance claim report
- Please, refer to the attached document or download it on the insurance company website (www.foreignerdb.com/khu)
4. Receipts for medical expenses
※ Medical Record/Medical Certificate/Surgical Confirmation may be required to be submitted in case of surgery in the treatment(Inpatient).
Those documents can be submitted by :
① Appearing in person at the Global Center office between 14:00-16:00 on Mondays during the semester, when the insurance company staff will be present.
② Uploading the required documents to the insurance company’s website(www.foreignerdb.com/khu).
(Contact the website > Log-in(Alien registration number) > Upload(the tab marked ‘Upload Documents of Claims’)
③ Submit documents to the insurance company by e-mail or fax.
