1. Position : Rooms(Bell,Concierge)/F&B(Attendent)
2. Organization: Sheraton Grande Walkerhill Hotel, Seoul
3. Job Type: Intern(Required to work night, weekends, and/or holidays)
4. Job Description:
① Bell: Assisting with the check-in and check-out processes
Escorting guests to their rooms(answering questions and offering assistance)
② Concierge: Assisting accommodating guests during their stay
Answering guests’ questions including local attractions and bookings, and
overall helping with a convenient stay
③ F&B: Set-up, Clean and Running food
∙ Working Hours : 20hrs per week
∙ Salary : 10,000 KRW per hourly
∙ Benefits : Uniform, Walkerhill shuttle bus and meals provided
5. Skills: Customer Service, Fact-to-Face Support, Frontline Support
6. Qualifications
∙ Must speak Chinese and English
∙ Ability to interact with internal and external guests with a high degree of tact and diplomacy
∙ Hotel experience preferred(Also intern who can start immediately preferred)
