International Student Dorminoty Application for Spring Semester 2014
n CISS, Office of International Affairs is currently accepting dormitory applications for Spring Semester 2014 of Sehwawon and I-HOUSE as stated below. We would like you to refer to this notice carefully so as not to be disadvantaged for admission into the dormitories. It’s the applicant’s responsibility to ensure all the information on the application is correct.
n Your Dormitory Application will only be processed upon receipt of both the completed/signed Dormitory Application Form and evidence of tuition payment or a proof of enrollment statement.
1. Qualification – Foreign (non-Korean citizenship) undergraduate students of Seoul Campus (NOT for graduate students.)
2. Move-In / Out Dates - Feb 27, 2014 / June 2014(TBD) (about 4 months)
*In order to have the dorms cleaned, students may be asked to leave before the last day of the month.
3. Dormitory Fee - Please refer to the attached ‘Dormitory Payment’ file; must be paid in a single payment.
4. Please submit the completed form (please find the attached file) with documents (evidence of tuition payment or a proof of enrollment statement) to 2013@khu.ac.kr (e-mail ONLY) by Jan 24, 2014. Applications submitted after the deadline will not be considered.
* A scanned copy or a photo of evidence of tuition payment or a proof of enrollment statement can be accepted.
* Make sure to put all needed information into the application form including the accurate college entrance/transfer year.
* A photo of applicant MUST be attached to the application form (a self-portrait is also OK.)
5. You will be notified of your acceptance to the dormitory through e-mail or CISS web page posting during the first week of Feb in 2014.
*Due to the limited space in the dormitory, we will try to accommodate your needs but we cannot guarantee the room availability. It is a first-come-first-serve basis, but the lower grades have higher priority.
