Academic Writing Content Manager & Seminar Instructor (Seongnam, South Korea / Possible relocation to Gangnam, Seoul)

Working as a member of WORDVICE, you will have responsibility for creating, improving and maintaining content for academic writing. The Content Manager will coordinate the development of engaging content for academic researchers and students and will play a key role in delivering presentations on a variety of academic writing topics to researchers and students to help them to improve their writing and navigate the publication process. The Content Manager will work closely with marketing and design teams to plan and develop site content, style and layout.
Key Responsibilities
Leading and coordinating the creation and consolidation of content for academic publishing
Developing content strategy aligned with short-term and long-term marketing objectives
Developing and managing academic writing guidelines and presentations
Delivering engaging presentations and effectively interacting with the audience.
Required Qualifications and Skills
A tertiary qualification in a relevant field (master’s degree or equivalent)
Relevant skills and work experience in academic publishing
Exceptional presentation skills to deliver online and offline academic writing and publication process workshops and seminars
High level oral communication and advisory skills and the ability to deliver academic writing training program to graduate-level science students.
Preferred Knowledge and Skills ?
Content Creation and Delivery
Experience in initiating and contributing to development and implementation of academic writing strategies and journal publishing
High level computer literacy: particularly in academic journal publishing with excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Power Point, etc)

Commitment to best practice and the provision of quality service including the ability to accurately document set processes and procedures for quality assurance of our proofreading and editing services.?
Effective interpersonal and written communication skills, with the ability to maintain effective working relationships across editors and clients as well as the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team ?
Organizational skills, including the ability to set priorities, manage time and plan work to meet deadlines.
Employment type
This role is a full-time or part-time position (negotiable).
Working hours
5 days a week, 9:00-18:00 (for full-time position)
